Dun and Bradstreet (Singapore) purchases iSecurity

Raz-Lee Security Inc. has provided Dun & Bradstreet (Singapore), a leading provider of commercial information and insight on businesses, with iSecurity, an advanced comprehensive solution for protecting System i environments.
Dun & Bradstreet chose to purchase the iSecurity Prevention and Compliance packs. The Prevention pack provides complete protection, including user and password management, anti-virus protection, nvestigation of suspicious events, protection of unattended workstations and comprehensive review of server security status. The Compliance Pack includes powerful and flexible auditing and reporting solutions for all types of security-related information, enforcing compliance and security policy implementation.

iSecurity replaced a competing security solution which D&B had previously used, but felt was restrictive and ineffective. D&B conducted in-depth research before choosing iSecurity, so that they were well-familiar with the product. They easily implemented it to their full satisfaction, using it to protect their System i
environment and receive specific security information according to their needs.
Using iSecurity, D&B has already diagnosed and prevented a number of hacking attempts, thereby assuring the safety of D&B’s systems and information.

 

Application Security products now available

Raz-Lee Security Inc., a leading vendor of security solutions for IBM System i computers, revealed its novel Application Security solutions which joined its renowned iSecurity suite of products. The Application Security solutions provide information on all changes in the business-critical data of financial, ERP, healthcare and banking enterprises, using real-time alerts and timeline reports.

 

Whereas current products on the market address only infrastructure security, i.e. network access (firewall), auditing and anti-virus software, solutions that handle the security requirements of an enterprise’s business-critical data are scarce - despite increasing demand generated by the market, auditors and regulators. Nevertheless, Raz-Lee’s pioneering approach led it to create a series of distinctive Application Security solutions responding to industry needs, based on patent-pending technology.  

 

The flagship Application Security product, AP-Journal, generates real-time threshold-activated alerts indicating changes in business-critical data, and produces before & after change reports covering tens of years of application history. For instance, AP-Journal can send a message to an Application Manager when the interest rate changes by more than 0.5% or when a programmer’s salary changes by more than $500. Additional products in the suite are Capture, which saves a full record of all user session screens for investigative and compliance purposes, and View, which controls permissions for viewing specific field and record data.
